Well, there is good news. Master photographer Maurizio Biancarelli is willing to share his winter photo-techniques...

“Buongiorno a tutti
vi invito a partecipare al workshop di fotografia naturalistica previsto per la fine del mese, dal 30 gennaio al 1 febbraio (in allegato il programma).

Il workshop è organizzato con il fotoclub di Cagli e si svolgerà nella bella cornice dell'Appennino marchigiano compreso tra il monte Petrano e il monte Nerone. La magia dell'inverno ci darà ottime opportunità per foto paesaggistiche d'atmosfera, creative e per dettagli. Alloggeremo tutti in un caldo e accogliente agriturismo in posizione centrale rispetto all'area che esploreremo con le macchine fotografiche. L'inverno è iniziato bene quest'anno e, anche in vista di questo workshop, ho spesso frequentato la zona realizzando delle ottime fotografie con un calaverna veramente eccezionale.

Vi aspetto dunque e affrettatevi a prenotarvi, visto che il numero di partecipanti sarà necessariamente limitato.

The first track of 2009 was from Umbrian valley to San Paterniano hermitage. Special guest of this walk was my friend Gabriele and his nokia N82. The view below the serpentine mountain road was a dizzy scenery, whereas up to the mountain there was a frozen atmosphere. Our path through the woods was iced up and the majority of the walk takes place on very difficult ground and a slide is around the corner!
